Return Process

  Log into your Lorex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, mounting hardware, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware for functionality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
